Can I customize the products with my own logo?
Yes, we provide OEM and ODM services. We can apply your logo using heat transfer, silicon printing, embroidery, or custom labels. Please provide your logo in a vector AI file.
What is your sample policy?
We charge a sample fee for new customers. However, the sample fee can be refunded if the order amount exceeds $2000 or accumulates to $3000.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the order type: 3-5 work days for stock items, 15-25 days for adding logos to stock items, and 25-35 days for fully customized material or sizes.
What payment methods are accepted?
